IRON MOUNTAIN -- With temperatures reaching nearly 60 degrees in Iron Mountain Tuesday, people were out and about enjoying the unusual weather. T-shirts aren't normally proper attire for March, however, everyone wore them as if it was late April. Motorcycles and mopeds were seen zooming around town.
As one Iron Mountain man says, it was a great day for a walk.
“I think beautiful is beautiful,” said Charles Wilmer. “I just came from a walk around Lake Antoine and although there's some water and snow, I had mainly dry goings.”
It's supposed to be even warmer in Iron Mountain Wednesday with an anticipated record high of 68 degrees.
