MENOMINEE -- A Daggett man was arraigned Tuesday in Menominee County following a criminal sexual conduct arrest.

Police say 24-year-old Jonathan David Lyons was charged with third degree CSC.
    
The arrest was made after detectives received information about a Facebook chat that revealed Lyons may have had sexual contact with a minor.
    
His computer was seized in the investigation.
    
If convicted, Lyons could face 15 years in prison.  He would also be required to register as a sex offender.
