MARQUETTE -- A Marquette woman accused of stealing thousands of dollars from an elderly person's bank account has been bound over to circuit court.

Alice Marie Kurian, 52, is charged with larceny over $20,000.  Police say an investigation discovered that over the past year, Kurian had been making withdrawals from a 94-year-old woman's bank account without her knowledge.

Kurian is scheduled to be back in court on March 16.
