Former pastor enters plea in sex crime case

NORWAY -- The man charged with repeated sexual assault of a child plead not guilty in court on Monday during his arraignment.

Harold Markham, a 46-year-old former pastor from Norway, plead not guilty to the four counts he faces.

He is charged with repeated sexual assault of a child, another sexually-related charge, battery, and disorderly conduct.  If convicted, he could face up to 40 years in prison.

Markham will be back in court on March 30.
