All three drivers were treated for injuries and charged with operating while intoxicated

RICHMOND TWP -- Alcohol is believed to be a factor in three separate car accidents over the weekend.

The first one happened around 10:30 p.m. on Friday on M-25 in Richmond Township. A driver lost control of a vehicle and struck several trees. Then a second crash happened an hour later on CR 550 near Wetmore Landing. A vehicle lost control and slammed into a fuel tanker truck.

A rollover accident Saturday morning happened on the same road. All three drivers were treated for injuries and charged with operating while intoxicated.
