HOUGHTON -- A 49-year-old Toivola man was found not guilty in Houghton County Circuit Court on Friday.

Greg Kratt faced one count of second degree criminal sexual conduct against a 15-year-old girl.  During the trial a number of witnesses took the stand, including Kratt himself.

Kratt testified that he was acting immature at the time, but he never meant to touch the girl in any sexual manner.

The judge released bond back to Kratt and he walked away a free man.
