Woman sentenced for home invasion

DICKINSON COUNTY -- A Dickinson County woman has been sentenced to jail for breaking into area homes.

This week, Heather Heimerl was sentenced on two charges of third degree home invasion, which she plead guilty to.

On the first charge, she received 11 months in jail, with credit for 71 days served, and she will be under probation for three years.

On charge number 2, Heimerl will serve 11 months in jail, credited with 89 days served, and have three years of probation.

These sentences will be served concurrently.
