NEGAUNEE -- A Negaunee man is in jail tonight facing serious charges.

Eric Dean Peterson, 22, was arrested Friday morning on two separate felony warrants. He faces one count of breaking and entering a residence in Negaunee, one count of larceny that occurred at Kallioinen's Scrap Metal Recycling and another misdemeanor. Police said both incidents involved the theft of copper pipe. He faces a total of 15 years if found guilty on all counts.

The incidents took place in December, police said.
