GROVER -- A Marinette County woman has been killed in a traffic crash. The victim has been identified as Wanda Brissette, 42, of Pound, Wisc.
Brissette was driving on County Highway B in the town of Grover Thursday evening, police said. Her vehicle went into a ditch and rolled over several times. She was not wearing a seatbelt. Her passenger, Lori Lewis, 48, was transported to Bay Area Medical Center in Marinette for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Officials believe speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
