HOUGHTON -- One company is sending out a call for all snowmobilers in the Keweenaw interested in testing new equipment.

Arctic Cat Motorsports is offering free snowmobile test drives for anyone interested in trying out some of their newest machines. The company is also creating a promotional video for their sleds and asking for testimonials.

Snowmobilers will get the chance to crank up the machines and enjoy a ride around the trails.

"For us it's really a great exposure because they're set up here in our parking lot, but it also gets people to come to our area to enjoy our trails to find out what our trail system is all about here in our area," said Wildlife Cabins owner Lori Sleeman.

This is the very first year for this event, and it's being held at the Wild Life Refuge Cabins in South Range.

Arctic Cat will be in the area this weekend and next weekend from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

All who are interested must be at least 21 years of age with a valid drivers license, and helmets are required.
