ESCANABA -- Sixty-eight Escanaba high schoolers from Greg Potvin's current public issues class took time to help make Christmas baskets at the Salvation Army.
The Salvation Army will prepare around 400 food baskets. One thousand kids will also get new toys that were selected for the bags by the students. All of the clothes and items are new.
The families will be able to pick up their baskets at the Escanaba Salvation Army on Dec. 19.
