Oversized delivery for Tilden Mine

MARQUETTE COUNTY -- There was one big delivery on Wednesday to the Tilden Mine, and it was transported through the heart of the Upper Peninsula.

A semi carrying a 67-ton kiln shell travelled from Wisconsin to the Tilden Mine in Marquette County.

The over-sized load will be used for a future repair on one of the Tilden Mine's pelletizing kilns.

The oversized cargo arrived at the Tilden Mine on Wednesday afternoon.
