Man suffers burns in suspected meth lab explosion

GWINN -- A Marquette man is in critical condition after suffering several burns during a suspected meth lab explosion.

The man was admitted to Marquette General Hospital and was later flown to the University of Michigan Burn Center.

Forsyth Township Police say the incident occurred at a Gwinn residence where several components of meth lab were found.  The incident is under investigation.

Forsyth Township Police also received assistance from Marquette City Police and Michigan State Police.
