ALGER COUNTY -- The Wisconsin man that lead Chocolay Township police on a high speed chase into Alger County has been bound over to circuit court.

Eighteen-year-old Tyler Voet chose to waive his preliminary examination in district court and will be headed to circuit court.  He will be arraigned on December 9.  Voet will also have a status hearing scheduled in the coming weeks regarding his extradition to Wisconsin for an armed burglary charge.

Voet's co-defendant, Christopher Smith, was extradited to Waushara County for the same burglary charges on November 24.
