Sunday's temperatures will be around 40 degrees dropping into the 20s at night. NNW winds will be somewhat strong in the early afternoon but calming down significantly as it becomes evening.

Lake effect snow will persist into the afternoon for Marquette and some areas east of Marquette County, but snow accumulation should be no more than an inch.

Monday will be sunnier with temperatures mainly in the 30s for highs and 20s for lows. Some areas may dip into the teens. Winds will be mostly light out of the NW.

High pressure will take over Monday but not last long as another low pressure system is expected to enter the area by Tuesday, bringing more cold temperatures and possibly some snow.

The rest of this week will be generally cloudy with chances of snow most days.
