IRON MOUNTAIN -- What better way to fill a bar than by auctioning off bras? That was the thinking of the Savage Mane Salon in Iron Mountain as they proceeded with their third annual Bras for a Cause auction.
One hundred percent of the money from the bras sold went to the American Cancer Society.
The Sol Blu lounge also dedicated 20 percent of drinks sold to the cause.
“It was crowded, and more bras than ever were on auction. So we're thrilled with how it all happened and how it all came together for the Savage Mane, and we really appreciate the girls doing such a great job,” said Becky Carey.
Over 40 bras were auctioned off, one of which brought in a staggering $310.
It was a great way to end Ladies Night in Iron Mountain, and the total from all the bras sold was $2,800 with all of that going to charity.
