Police said Timothy Tebeest, 22, of Gwinn also attempted to rob a vehicle

MARQUETTE -- The name of a suspect charged in a home invasion and breaking and entering a motor vehicle has been released.  Timothy Tebeest, 22, of Gwinn is being held at the Marquette County Jail on a $510,000 bond.

Early Saturday, a Marquette City Police officer saw Tebeest attempting to rob a car in the 300 block of West Prospect.

Police searched for Tebeest and were able to locate him after a home invasion reported shortly after a matched description given by the officer and a witness.  Officials said Tebeest had taken several items from the vehicle, including a laptop computer from the home.
