MUNISING -- The Alger Correctional Facility is in a slowed movement mode tonight, and is not totally off its lock down from the last four days.
According to a state corrections official there were no incidents Tuesday involving a prisoner related fight or disturbance.
The spokesperson says the Munising facility is running controlled releases of inmates during any movement to ensure nothing happens.
It's hoped that Alger Max will return to normal operations on Wednesday. The prison was locked down last Friday after three fights broke out involving 16 prisoners.
Three corrections officers suffered minor injuries in the disturbances.
