CHOCOLAY TOWNSHIP -- An arrest has been made in relation to last week's armed bank robbery in Chocolay Township.  A 29-year-old person of interest was taken into custody in the State of Wyoming early Sunday.

The person of interest is a U.P. man whose vehicle was seen leaving Northern Michigan Bank and Trust after it was robbed on Wednesday.  Wyoming State authorities arrested the man based on a warrant from Marquette area police.  They recovered a portion of the money stolen from the suspect's vehicle.

The suspect's wife has also been cooperating with FBI investigators.  Authorities say charges are expected in the near future. The incident is currently under review by the Marquette County Prosecutor's office and the U.S. Attorney's office.
