MARQUETTE -- This month, a Marquette car dealership will be selling cars to help fight cancer.

Frei Chevrolet has decided to donate money for every new and used car they sell in the month of October.  For each car, they will donate $25 along with 25 cents for each repair order.

The money will go to the Marquette General Hospital Foundation.

The dealership decided to localize a national Chevrolet program where customers can donate their rebates from tire and brake services to the American Cancer Society.

"It just seemed like the appropriate thing for the dealership to give to the community," said Jim Grundstrom of Frei Chevrolet.  "Give to the Marquette General Hospital Foundation on behalf of what we do everyday and do well, to support the cancer research opportunity."

For more information on either Frei or Chevrolet's programs, visit Frei Chevrolet in Marquette.
