MARQUETTE -- Involuntary manslaughter is what 22-year-old Tyler Wolf was charged with on Wednesday in Marquette County District Court.

Wolf allegedly shot and killed 49-year-old John Bradbury at a West Ridge Street apartment in the City of Marquette on September 21.  Rayan Zimmerman, 23, was hospitalized after being wounded in the shooting.

Also found in the apartment was a meth lab.  That was cleaned up by UPSET and a hazardous materials team.

The charge against Wolf carries a maximum of 15 years in prison, possibly including a $7,500 fine.  Wolf waived his preliminary exam on Wednesday.

He'll be arraigned in Marquette County Circuit Court on Friday.
