MANISTIQUE -- "This burger is best in the U.P... delicious."

Clyde's Drive-In patrons are convinced:  the Manistique drive-in serves up the best burgers in the Upper Peninsula.

Their recommendation...the Big C.  What's a Big C you may ask?

"It's not for the faint of heart, I'll tell you that.  It's a big burger, it is really.  I know you always hear, 'This is a big burger.'  No!  The Big C is where it's at," says Mike Johnson, a Clyde's patron.

The Big C is two patties, or three quarters of a pound of beef, with cheese sandwiched in the middle, and all the fixins':  ketchup, relish, mustard, onions, and pickles.

But at Clyde's, they'll make your burger any way you want it and with all fresh ingredients, always.

"I like a cheeseburger with ketchup, mayo, and pickles," says Jill Johnson, who's been going to Clyde's for years.

And they do all the work.  This is an old fashioned drive-in, which means they'll bring your food right to your car for no extra charge.

"I just think everybody should try it if they haven't because they're just gonna love it," says Jen Sitkowski, a patron.

Owner Clifton Blose says he was thrilled to hear that he won our Top Choice competition, and to all those who voted for his burgers, he wants to say:  "Thank you very much, and I'm glad to have such great clients come into Clyde's every year."
