ONTONAGON -- The tornado that ripped through Ontonagon last Friday morning was also seen near Norway, and cleanup crews continue to sweep away the mess from that storm.
In most parts of Ontonagon, trees and debris are still the major cleanup being done.
Cable and electric companies were also out over the weekend repairing minor damage to transmitters.
"Cleanup has continued over the weekend--county crews, village crews are cleaning up rights-of-way--obviously the owners of the properties have been cleaning out their own," said County Emergency Manager Bill Johnson.
The total cost of cleanup and aftermath damage has not been assessed yet.
