IRON MOUNTAIN -- An Iron Mountain man charged with criminal sexual conduct learned his fate Monday in Dickinson County Circuit Court.
James Blackmon, 43, was sentenced to nine months in jail after pleading no contest to fourth degree criminal sexual conduct in July.
He originally faced four counts of third degree CSC, stemming from an incident with a 13-year-old boy in 2002 and 2003.
Blackmon was also sentenced to five years probation and must register as a sex offender.
He was given credit for 37 days already served in jail.
