MARINETTE COUNTY -- The victim of a rollover crash on Marinette County Highway W has been identified as 24-year-old Kevin L. Nischke of Grover.
The crash that claimed Nischke's life happened on Sunday, around 3:13 a.m. The Marinette County Sheriff's Department was notified of the crash south of the Town of Grover and arrived to find that Nischke had been ejected from the vehicle during the rollover.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, and authorities believe that speed and not wearing a seatbelt were factors in the fatal crash.
Tests are being conducted to determine whether or not alcohol was a factor in the crash.
