DELTA COUNTY -- Forty-one-year-old Michael Thomas Gall of Wisconsin has plead not guilty in his arraignment in Delta County District Court on Monday.

He was arrested Friday in the Bark River area after he crashed his car into a parked car and rammed it into a building.

Gall is charged with one count of attempted assaulting, resisting, or obstructing a Michigan State Police trooper.  He’s also charged with one count of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Both misdemeanors are punishable by up to a year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
