MARQUETTE -- Lower Harbor in Marquette will showcase a spectacular sight.

Tall ships, The Pride of Baltimore II and The Lynx America's Privateer, will be arriving Friday evening.  Marquette's own Superior Odyssey Coaster II will also be making an appearance.

Organizers at the Maritime Museum say it's a sight you won't want to miss.

"They're magnificent, you can't miss them," said Director Carrie Fries.  "We're use to seeing sailboats and the pleasure crafts, but when you see a tall ship come into the harbor, there's nothing like it."

The ships will be in Marquette the entire weekend, and tours will be held 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

For a full list of events, head to the Maritime Museum's website.
