Indiana man pleads not guilty to criminal sexual conduct

DICKINSON COUNTY -- An Indiana man charged with sex crimes appeared Monday in Dickinson County Circuit Court.

Bruce Katt is charged with one count of first degree and one count of second degree criminal sexual conduct.

He entered a not guilty plea during his arraignment.

Katt's case is being handled by the Michigan Attorney General's Office.
