MARQUETTE TWP. -- Four Marquette County residents were brought to Marquette General after two vehicles collided on US-41 in Marquette Township Sunday afternoon.

A 64-year-old Gwinn woman driving a Toyota Camry was entering the highway westbound near Lowes and crashed into a Ford Escape carrying a 41-year-old Ishpeming woman and her three children.

The driver of the Toyota had to be pulled from her vehicle with the jaws of life and was transported to Marquette General with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the Ford Escape was also transported to Marquette General with minor injuries.  The accident remains under investigation.
