Crystal Falls Springs water will see their business build over this year

Formed in 2002, Crystal Falls Springs water is run by a Crystal Falls family.

Debbie Rose, the mother, is the president of the company.  Her husband, Brian Rose, is the vice president and deals with the sales and marketing.  Their son, Dylan Rose, manages the operations at the plant.

But does working with your family mean problems?

"I hear these horror stories about people who say, 'Don't do business with your family,'" said Brian Rose.  "Well, that may or may not be true with some families, but with our family, it's not true.  We all work together very well...we just have to know that my wife is the boss and then everything's fine."

Their business gets great reception from customers across the counry.  They've received phone calls from as far as Oklahoma from people praising their product.

How is it made?

The water is taken in from the well, and then it's run through several filters before being stored in a storage tank.  The filtering process cleans and purifies the water and also provides essential minerals. After several more filtrations, the water is then filled into bottles on an assembly line.  The bottles are then capped, labeled, and wrapped, ready for shipment to retail stores.

"There's not a lot of business in Crystal Falls, and this is something that gets the name out there and gets the word out there.  It'll be a very good thing for the whole town because, with a good business like this and 10,000 stores, you know you'll have to add jobs and put a lot of people to work," said Debbie Rose.

The company's water is sold in around 400 store, and they've just now added 365 to that.  By the end of this year, they're expecting to sell in over 10,000 stores.
