NEGAUNEE -- If your dad is a car enthusiast, then you may want to spend Father's Day at the antique auto exhibit at the Michigan Iron Industry Museum in Negaunee.
The 22nd Annual "Iron, Steel and the Automobile" classic car show will be held on the museum grounds. The show will feature over 50 vehicles from 1910 to 1969 and have been fully restored to their original condition.
In addition to cars, there will also be live music by the Bluffs Orchestra, food from Teaching Family Homes, and videos.
Organizers say this is a great weekend activity not just for dad, but for the whole family.
"For an afternoon on Father's Day, can't really think of something that doesn't appeal to everyone for this event. Family-oriented atmosphere: we'll have live music, we'll have an ice cream truck for the kids and lots of neat cars for people to see," said Museum Educator, Barry James.
The antique car show will be held from 12 until 4 p.m. Sunday with the cars spread throughout the museum parking grounds.
