IRON MOUNTAIN -- The Iron Mountain Police Department concluded an investigation on Friday when they arrested 43-year-old James Blackmon of Iron Mountain.
Blackmon was arrested on four counts of criminal sexual conduct third degree with a 13 to 15 year old. He was also charged with one count of selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor.
He was released on $25,000 cash bond. Blackmon will be at a preliminary hearing on June 21 at 3 p.m. As part of his bond, he is not allowed to have contact with anyone under the age of 18.
