LANSING -- Governor Snyder signed into law a big change in the way Michigan businesses pay taxes on Wednesday--no more business tax.

Instead, it will be replaced by a six percent income tax on corporations with shareholders.

It will cut overall business taxes by one billion dollars in the first fiscal year starting October.
