LANSING -- The Michigan Court of Appeals has upheld the decision made in the case against James Anthony Dulak concerning the murder of Mark Keller in Menominee Township.

Dulak, along with two other men, were charged in the beating death of Keller in 2008.  His appeal was based in part on testimonies from the other defendants in the death, Keith Benson and Guy Buck.

The Court of Appeals document can be found here, and it describes the decision in detail.

Benson plead guilty to second degree murder.  He was sentenced to 22 to 40 years in prison.

The case against Buck was taken to trial, and he was found guilty of first degree murder and given a life sentence.

He also planned to appeal.
