IRON MOUNTAIN -- A Coleman, Wisconsin man charged with selling heroin is going to prison.

In Dickinson County Circuit Court Tuesday, 35-year-old Rodgers Shealy was sentenced to a minimum of two years in prison.

Last month Shealy pled guilty to one count of delivery of heroin and being a third time habitual offender after reaching an agreement with the prosecutor.

He initially faced three counts of delivery of heroin and one count of conspiracy to deliver heroin.

Shealy will be given credit for 208 days already served.
