MARQUETTE -- We may be in the Upper Peninsula, but it could start looking a lot more like Disney World around here. That's because for the first time, Disney's Approach to Business Excellence Program is in Marquette.
The e-Loft, an entrepreneurial support consulting company, is hosting the program, which sold out nearly two weeks ago.
Representatives from local retailers, car dealerships, banks and restaurants came Thursday to learn from the business skills that makes Disney successful.
"Feedback has just been great because people who didn't even know about the Disney Institute, but know about Disney World, said, 'Wow, if this is business training, I want that," said e-Loft Project Coordinator Dar Shephard.
