MARQUETTE -- A timeline has been worked out for choosing the new Marquette Area school superintendent.

Applications are still being reviewed by the school board.  They will holding a special meeting on May 3 to decide on their top choices for the position.

Interviews for the superintendent job will be done on May 6 and 7, and a final decision will be made by May 19.

Current Superintendent Jon Hartwig announced his resignation earlier this year.
