NEGAUNEE -- Students in Negaunee will be putting on what they think is the first full musical at Negaunee High School in over 40 years.
The students will be performing the classic, "Guys and Dolls," which will be the first musical in the school's auditorium.
The play has a cast, crew and orchestra of over 70 students who have been rehearsing for the last six weeks to prepare for opening night.
Cast members feel that "Guys and Dolls" is a great place to start for their first full musical.
"I think it's a really good place to start, because you kind of get a little bit of acting, a little bit of dancing, and a little bit of singing - and everyone really gets thrown into it, and they are all really into it. So it's really cool to see," said cast member, Riley Whitford.
"Guys and Dolls" starts Thursday April 14 and runs through Saturday, April 16.
All performances start at 7:30 p.m., and the price of admission is $8.
