IRON COUNTY -- A cell phone GPS has again helped rescuers find a missing person in the northwoods.

Iron County Central Dispatch received a call from 19-year-old Joseph Scholtz around 4:30 Sunday afternoon.

He reported that he was lost somewhere in the Pentoga Village area.

Dispatch was able to give an approximate location for Scholtz based on his cell phone's GPS signal.

They located Scholtz about an hour later on the Wisconsin side of the Brule River in Florence County.
