Three jailed in connection with Ontonagon break-in

ONTONAGON -- Three people are jailed in Ontonagon County in connection to a robbery last week on March 29, when the CITGO was broken into.

After their investigation, police arrested 28-year-old Andrew Arostegui.

He was charged with breaking and entering with intent, larceny of a building, and resisting and obstructing a police officer causing minor injuries.

Also arrested was his mother, 49-year-old Katherine Arostegui.

She is charged with two counts of being an accessory after the fact, one count of receiving and concealing stolen property, and possession with intent to deliver marijuana.

Her boyfriend, 44-year-old Eric Hartzell, faces the same charges.

They are all scheduled for a preliminary exam on April 12.
