Legislation gives U.P. area state money

LANSING -- It's now law...$102 million in grants for parks, trails, campgrounds and docks around the state.

Governor Snyder signed the legislation for Natural Resources Trust Fund Grants Wednesday.

There are a number of U.P. areas receiving money.

Among them, $500,000 for the Upper Peninsula Iron County Heritage Trail.  It's for pedestrians and bicyclists.
