MARQUETTE -- A Delta County man who was arrested in connection to an UPSET investigation last year has been sentenced in federal court in Marquette.

Jodi Williams plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute with intent to deliver marijuana.

Last week, he was sentenced to 100 months in prison, five years supervised release, a $2,000 fine with a $100 special assessment.

Williams was charged, along with Pedro Kobasic, who's believed to be the ringleader of one of the largest marijuana trafficking organizations in local history.

His trial is scheduled for May 17.
