The jury has found Mark Hart guilty of conspiracy to deliver Morphine.

Update 3:15 p.m. EST

The jury began deliberation around 2:20 p.m. EST and are still deliberating. 

We'll have an update on the verdict for Mark Hart as soon as it becomes available.

The jury will begin deliberation shortly on the Hart trial, according to the Delta County Clerk's Office.

The trial of a Gladstone man facing drug charges is underway in Delta County.

Mark Hart plead not guilty to possession with intent to deliver morphine.

The charges stem back to November of 2007, when a witness says that Hart, using an alias, sent money out of the state for morphine.

Hart's trial began Wednesday.  The defense is making its case on Thursday, and then things will be handed to the jury to decide.

They could reach a verdict as early as Thursday afternoon.
