GWINN -- Sunday, students at Gwinn High School went through their dress rehearsal for 'Footloose.'

The musical is based on the film of the same name and has even been performed on Broadway.

Students have been excited to perform since they started practicing in January.

"It's a lot different from things we've done in the past, and usually the shows are a little bit more slow paced, and this one's really upbeat and fun," said Ryan White, who's playing Reverand Shaw Moore.

"It's such a fun show, I mean there's dancing, there's music, it's just a blast to look at.  Everybody has fun, and you can see it when you're watching it.  It's a great show," said Anika Jamison, who plays Rusty.

The show is Thursday through Sunday.  Shows are at 7 p.m., with a matinee on Sunday at 2 p.m.

Tickets are $4 for students and seniors and $6 for adults.
