MARQUETTE -- Food, music, and plenty of beads to go around.

A Fat Tuesday feast took place at Lagniappe Cajun Creole Eatery Tuesday.

On Tuesday morning, they had everything from southern fried chicken to waffles and grits, and they will feature an even bigger spread for dinner:  a 30-foot spread to be exact.

There will also be two bands for dining enjoyment.

"Tomorrow Lent starts, so we recommend people come out and sin like they mean it," said Chef Don Durley.

Last year the restaurant hosted 300 people on Fat Tuesday, and they are expecting even more this year.
