The Minnesota man charged in the December incident originally plead not guilty

GOGEBIC COUNTY -- A Minnesota man charged with several felonies, including armed robbery, has changed his plea as part of a plea agreement.

Twenty-four-year-old Darnell Jackson had originally plead not guilty to the allegation that he held up O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Ironwood last December.

Three charges were dropped against Jackson in exchange for his guilty plea.

Other terms of the plea agreement were that he would waive extradition back to Minnesota to face similar charges in the Twin Cities area, if those charges are filed before his sentencing.

Jackson will be sentenced April 26.
