ONTONAGON -- A Rockland man goes to court Wednesday on hit-and-run charges from two years ago.
Aaron Killoran is charged with being involved in a hit-and-run accident on January 25, 2009 when an Ontonagon man was hit on the walkway near the Cane Court Housing Complex. The victim was hospitalized.
No one was arrested for the crime until last December when Killoran was picked up.
He is charged with failing to stop at an accident resulting in serious injury or death, as well as operating on a suspended license.
