MUNISING -- If you're looking for a place to hear some live music, take an art class, or just catch up with old friends, the Falling Rock Café and Bookstore in Munising may be just the place for you.
It has over 50,000 new and used books for those looking for a good read. And we can't forget about the food. Their menu has everything from their very own Great Lakes Coffee, to ice cream, to sandwiches. But what brings people in is the cafe's family feel.
"If you need any help with anything, it's a great networking place. It's like the lady that just came in and needed an oil change as she's going through town, and they got on the phone and they found one of the stations that could do that for her," says Norma Harger, a Falling Rock patron.
"It's great for locals, it's great for tourists. I think it has something for everyone," says Nancy Dwyer, one of the owners.
The Falling Rock Café also acts as a community center, where meetings are held and local events take place.
