Alleged victim testifies in hearing
ONTONAGON -- The Ontonagon County man accused of molesting a girl under the age of 13 headed to circuit court.
Tuesday, a judge determined there was enough evidence to continue proceedings in the case against 55-year-old Ruben Gonzales after hearing from his alleged victim.
The preliminary hearing was closed to the public during the girl's testimony, which lasted nearly an hour.
Gonzales, who is currently out on bond, is facing multiple charges of criminal sexual conduct.
No date has been set for his arraignment.
