Niagara Development LLC has bought the mill and all of its assets
NIAGARA -- A move has long been rumored, but now a deal is officially done for NewPage to sell the Niagara Paper Mill.
In a press release, Niagara Development LLC announced its purchase of the Niagara mill and all of its assets from NewPage.
At this point, Niagara Development has not said what it plans on doing with the mill or the land.
The Niagara Paper Mill has been dormant since closing its doors in July 2008.
